By participating in this Podcast and any of its affiliated shows, you expressly authorize LaunchPreneur to record, distribute and disseminate materials produced in any manner as well as to utilize your likeness in advertising, marketing, or in any other manner as it so chooses. LaunchPreneur Inc or their respective assigns (including but not limited to USA Today, Bloomberg, Business Rockstars, Reach TV, The McCord, and Schirmer McCord) will hold all rights to the produced media of all types, as well as licensing, for future use in speeches, books, instructional materials, products, promotion, marketing, and in all other public distribution, and to charge for same, including, but not limited to, receipt of advertising or sponsorship fees.
